1. Generalities
By accessing and using the Application Nation website (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We ask that you read this document carefully as it sets out the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and Application Nation. Nation (hereinafter "the Store"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Products and Prices
- All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the colors or details shown on your device's screen will exactly match the product.
- All products are subject to availability. In the event that the product is not in stock, we will notify you to offer an estimated delivery time or the corresponding refund.
3. Purchase Process
- To make a purchase, the customer must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the information is incorrect or fraudulent.
- Once the purchase is made, the customer will receive a confirmation via email with the order details.
- Application Nation reserves the right to cancel any order that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or any situation beyond our control.
4. Shipping
- Shipping costs within Mexico City are $150 , and for the rest of Mexico it is $300 . Orders over $6,000 have free shipping in Mexico.
- Shipping cost to the United States is $1,200 pesos.
- Shipments within Mexico may take 3 to 7 business days if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time will be 2 to 4 weeks , with prior notification to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
5. Exchange and Return Policy
- We do not make refunds .
- Product exchanges can be requested within the first 15 days after purchase, as long as the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- The customer must cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

6. Ability to Make Purchases
By making a purchase on Application Nation , the customer confirms that he or she has the legal capacity to do so or that he or she is using the Site under the supervision of an adult. If you do not meet this requirement, we ask that you do not make any transactions.
